I am a solo traveller and spent 7 nights at the hotel. The hotel is located around 10km away from old quarter. During breakfast, there was an incident where another guest took one of the seats at my 2-seater table while I was getting my food. I calmly told him that it was my table and asked why he had taken the seat without asking me. Even though I spoke to him in his language, he continued using his phone and ignored me. Another lady at the next table told me that the table belonged to the restaurant and that I should simply share it with him. Both of them are from the same tour group and country. I had no choice but to report the matter to the staff. Many thanks to Neoh for handling the situation calmly and professionally. I was satisfied with his response. Perhaps the restaurant could consider having a separate section for tour groups to avoid similar situations in the future. At the executive lounge, I would also like to thank Hoa, Owen, Chef Tien, and the rest of the team. They remembered my dining preferences and sometimes prepared exactly what I liked even before I mentioned it. Chef Tien is someone who truly puts his heart into preparing meals for guests. He makes perfect eggs, and the food is always exactly to my taste. I usually order avocado with egg on toast. He even takes the time to garnish the plate with strawberries. It shows that he cares about every detail, not just the taste but also the presentation. It really brightens my day. I also ordered in-room dining from the Com Vong restaurant a few times. The team there is very polite and speak good English. I especially appreciated how they would politely ask for permission before entering my room to deliver the food. Many thanks to Tom, Jerry, Dzung, and Paul for the smooth check-in experience, warm welcome, help with my luggage, send grab food to me, and assistance in communicating with the local driver. They made my stay and travel experience much easier and more convenient. There are still many other friendly staff members whose names I cannot remember, but I truly appreciate their hospitality. The only disappointment is the hotel miss my welcome amenities as Accor member. Anyway, with so many plus points, I will absolutely return to this hotel again. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The place is comfortable, quiet, and spacious. I had really restful nights here. The welcome tray and drink are amazing! You can have a nice view of the city at night if you're on the right side. Ask for it when you check in. The staff makes the room up well but leaves the used dishes/glasses. I don't know why. I had to wash it myself on the sink with the bar soap. I don't really mind washing it but it goes against expectation with a 5-star hotel.
Had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Living West Hanoi. What stood out most was the staff — incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping with anything we needed. Everyone we interacted with was warm, professional and proactive, which made the stay feel especially comfortable and welcoming. Excellent hospitality and a team that clearly takes pride in looking after guests. Would happily stay here again.
We actually stayed here on Christmas. We arrived quite late but it was busy at the reception. Soon as we got to the room, we found out that they sent email offering a room upgrade with a special rate, so we decided to call Reception to check if the offer was still available. They said yes and they would come shortly to help us move. But after 15mins no one came, we were hungry and needed to go out. So called them again just to wait another 10mins to move. They placed some chocolate in the first room (as it's christmas or movenpick thing im not sure) but not in the upgraded with cash room. The new room is large. There's actually a separate bedroom which is very nice, but the slippers didnt match, a pair of one big and one small?!?! We got the coffee at the lobby bar and asked for oat milk as alternative but they DONT have, so we got soy milk instead and it's actually very bad. The receptionist at night just played game, we got back late and we asked why there's no chocolate in the room, he just said there's no chocolate! 02 persons wearing suit standing at the entrance (almost blocking ưay but didnt bother move to give way for guest - the lady looks unfriendly and they didnt even great the guests though) the location is far from the downtown, and ofc it's bad traffic to get there, but u can get just everything in Cầu Giấy district though. Overall, we enjoyed the room and our time but not the service
Amazing stay!! I booked this hotel because I was looking for a place near My Dinh and noticed it was part of the Accor group. I didn’t have high expectations, but it turned out to be much better than I expected. I really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more comfortable. The Executive Lounge was nice, and the breakfast offered a good variety of choices. What impressed me the most was how friendly and helpful the staff were. I had stayed at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi Suite room just before this, but I honestly found the reception staff & House keeping here to be even warmer and more welcoming. The laundry service was also very convenient—they came to collect my laundry every morning. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. If you’re looking for a hotel with spacious rooms near My Dinh, I highly recommend Mövenpick West Hanoi.
