Highly Recommended! ❤️✨ We truly had a wonderful experience staying at Moonlight Tay Ho Hotel! If you’re looking for a peaceful, cozy, and comfortable place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, this hotel is definitely worth considering. What made our stay extra special was the exceptional hospitality of the staff, especially Ms. Hué, the manager, and Alice, the receptionist. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating, always happy to assist us with all our requests. Their genuine kindness and warm service made us feel so welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our Vietnam trip. Thank you for making our experience even more memorable! We would definitely choose Moonlight Tay Ho Hotel again on our next visit to Hanoi. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with excellent service! ❤️
A peaceful rooftop oasis in the heart of Hanoi with beautiful lake views, unique suites, and an exceptional team. We stayed at MoonLight Tay Ho for three weeks and can highly recommend it. The location is fantastic—right between West Lake and Truc Bach Lake, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood while still being very central. The Old Quarter is only about 2 km away, and the views over both lakes are wonderful. What really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and service-oriented. A special thank you to Liem, Hoang Anh, and Viet, who were always there whenever I needed assistance, whether it was arranging a SIM card, getting cash, or simply providing advice and guidance about Hanoi. During the first half of my stay, I stayed in the Junior Suite with Terrace on the 9th floor. The rooftop garden is absolutely stunning and beautifully maintained—a peaceful green oasis in the middle of Hanoi. For the second half, I moved to the Garden View Suite on the 8th floor, which was an especially unique experience. Waking up next to a beautiful Zen garden and koi fish pond high above Hanoi was something truly special. The suite itself is enormous, with a luxurious loft-like atmosphere, beautiful decoration, and stylish, high-quality furniture. After three weeks, this really felt like a home in Hanoi. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. I would happily stay here again!
I stayed here my first wek in Vietnam. My stay was better than I expected and I really liked the woody and earthy vibe of my room. The owner is really nice and one of the receptionists gave me a few recommendations nearby which quickly became my favorite coffee shop in the Tay Ho area. Easy walk around the lake, plenty of cafes and shops nearby, and spacious rooms with A/C available. I thought I booked a room with a washing machine but I didnt so ended up going to a 24/hr laundry spot using grab. They do also offer tours and arranged airport drop-off/pick-up. Would definitely stay here again
