Room was spacious and the receptionist, Ms Anna was extremely helpful and responds fast. Service is top notch and fast. Location is a 10 to 15 min walk to Old Quarter which we prefer. Taking grab is a bit easier compared to when you are coming from Old Quarter side. Area is quiet and has good coffee and food spots too.
We came for a group and was welcomed and assisted with bellboy with our luggages due to 2small steps infront of the hotel. Rooms were clean and we had special requests for pillow gifts and welcome cards. They delivered with no hesitation. Anna, the receptionist the next day helped with our requests for the group. Good English and very nice. Thank you Minasi.. my guests were happy with the stay.
This hotel is Very convenient for going to all Near by Shoping market and also to all Indian Restaurants . I prefer All Indian Guests to stay with their holidays in Hanoi. The staff Anna , Kelly , Magnus are also so cooperative when it's comes to Any Requirement. The hotel Restaurant also arranged a Vegan Noodles during our group stay and they always care about such Requirement. This is the first hotel in Hanoi who is very much cooperative.
Stayed in Minasi Premium Hotel from 5th Aug to 8th Aug 2026. Good Hotel to stay in the City oh Hanoi in Ba Dinh area of Vietnam. Very good Twin Sharing room with attached Bathroom with hot & cold water & Free Wifi facilities. Dental kit, Ear buds, Comb, Shower cap, Soap as per regular 4star Hotel. Swimming pool not Available. Neat & Clean rooms. Very well trained, humble & polite reception staff with prompt service. Our Room was booked with Breakfast inclusive. Breakfast. Breakfast in the Restaurant on 12A floor was having both Veg. & Nonvegetarian options. Being vegetarian we had tried Bread Butter, green Salad with Fruits of Watermelon, Fresh Orange, Jackfruit, Plum & banana. Fresh cold juice with 2options, Hot tea & Coffie, Yogurt, fried potatoes etc offered were quite good & sufficient to complete our Breakfast Diet. Overall Good Experience on our first visit to Vietnam with group of 15 persons from a Trip by Shaan Travels Ahmedabad.
The hotel staffs were so kind and friendly towards us. Helping us with phone charger or anything when we ask. I really like the rooms,very clean and neat. The morning breakfast is excellent. Best place to stay in Hanoi. Kelly and David(staffs),were really nice and very helpful. Really thankful to them for taking care off us and I really appreciate it.
