Great stay! This is our second hotel in Hanoi. Our first was in the old quarter which meant it was very loud until around midnight.
Our stay in Minasi however has been great. Good location (only 5 minute walk from Old Quarter)
Right by Hoan Kim Lake. Circle K 100m away. Lots of restaurants and shops around.
Staff were exceptionally friendly and very accommodating. Would stay here again.
Reception staff including Bac were all very welcoming and gave great attention to detail. They even let us leave our luggage there a couple of days early. This gesture was really appreciated.

Good hotel. Smelled kind of musty but otherwise clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure on the slower side and the hot water super hot or it would be cold there wasn't a happy middle. The staff were great and helpful. Breakfast was good. Although they could use a second toaster. Overall a good stay.
