I had a wonderful stay at Midori Boutique Hotel! The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and professional. I highly recommend Midori Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would definitely stay here again!
No idea why the reviews here are so good. The room smelled of cigarettes, had no proper window, blanket too short and thin (i'm only 186 cm and my legs were sticking out). And it didn't have proper noise insulation. You could hear people flushing the toilets and walking in other rooms.
I would have given it 3 stars instead of 1 if the price was lower and they didn't false advertise the rooms and were more honest. But for the same price, you can get much better hotels.
10/10 would recommend this hotel, rooms were great and staff were amazing. From the front desk, housekeeping, chef to the engineer, all were so helpful and welcoming. I had to extend my stay 2 times and the front desk didn't blink an eye, just asked how much longer. I was able to keep my same room even day before checkout. They also offer laundry service and is not very expensive. It is walking distance (4 mins) to two Circle K and Vincom center mall. There are coffee shops and restaurants all very close as well.
We had a truly wonderful stay at Midori Boutique Hotel.
The hotel is perfectly located in the city center. It's very easy to get to tourist attractions from here. It's also very close to Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter. Incidentally, there are plenty of quaint little cafes nearby. Oh, and it's not far from the train track cafe.
I loved the decor; it was very elegant and luxurious. The hotel staff were also professional and friendly. They were always attentive, enthusiastic, and ready to help with anything we needed information about or booking a Grab ride.
We had a great experience here; the atmosphere was very relaxing and pleasant.

This hotel is very welcoming, from the front desk staff to the manager to the room cleaners. Staff went out of their way to be helpful at every opportunity. My room was large, attractive, and quite comfortable. Plenty of hot water, good internet, and outlets in the right places, and it was very clean. I stayed here for a business trip so while the location was perfect for me, I don't know about proximity to things tourists might do. The neighborhood had coffee shops and restaurants and was easy walking distance to a large mall, yet at night I could hear no traffic or noise at all from my room. I would absolutely stay here again when I come to Hanoi whether for business or holiday.
