The "service" was discourteous and mean-spirited: I had to change/cancel my reservation due to unforeseen flight changes. (The cancellation deadline for this hotel is a whopping two weeks before check-in, a policy apparently designed to profit off of travelers' difficulties.) The hotel rejected the request (which is its right) without so much as providing an answer or explanation. When it came to the booking process and attempts to sell extras, they were eager and solicitous; when it came to actually help a guest, disinterested. Very sad! I recommend potential guests take a look at the negative reviews here. The hotel simply called them "inaccurate and biased" in each instance. It evidently has no interest at all in addressing guests' concerns, let alone improvements.

Ms. Thao and Ms.Hanh were very nice to us. They even recommended places to go and where to find really good food. Our stay was very safe and hassle-free. I will definitely go back and book with them.

Rooms are good Location of the hotel from the centre is very far 😔😔 Always had to take GRAB taxi from the centre which was costing 94000/- dong currency It's opposite to JW marriot Staff is very friendly... Breakfast 🥞 was very bad. The restaurant is in the cellar of the hotel where there is no AC nor any window for ventilation also very smelly, not cleaned, no fresh food, Chef was not feeling well and was coughing all the time. Indain breakfast wasn't available here

I stayed only one night and everything was very good, especially with respect to the cheap room rate. The personel is very kind and helpful. The buffet was tasty and consisted of a small but good variety of foods from different regions. Everything was clean and the AC worked well. The hotel feels more valuable than you might expect from the price. I can recommend and would come back.
