Luxor Boutique Hotel

Very nice place , rooms were very clean and full equipped! Services were excellent especially regarding to a girl named Hai Ly in the reception, and all other employees that helped us with luggages carrying/ room cleaning… all nice and so helpful! I really have an impressive experience in Hanoi. Highly recommend to whoever wants to travel to Hanoi!

The entire team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. A special shoutout to Hai Ly at the reception—their outstanding hospitality, warmth, and helpfulness made my stay truly memorable. I had a really really great stay here. The location is excellent in terms of convenience. There’s a nice coffee shop a few minutes walk around the corner, a grocery shop called Fuji Mart as well which is excellent if you need to buy snacks or anything really. Next to Fuji mart there’s a local pho restaurant that takes maybe 30 seconds to walk to. The staff at Luxor are soooo nice! Le the young lady at the counter was extremely helpful and provided 5/5⭐️ customer service!. Once we arrived at the hotel she mentioned everything we needed to know. And she was kind enough to switch rooms for a friend of mine who said there were too much noise on his floor due to some other guests. Overall a great experience and really nice to stay here k would stay again for sure just because of the staff, cleanliness, and convenience.

Stayed at Luxor Boutique Hotel and overall it was an average experience about 3 stars for us. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The room felt quite dusty, especially around surfaces and corners. The bedsheets were not very clean —we noticed dust and some hair, which was disappointing. The bathroom had similar issues, and the hot water only lasted about 5 minutes before turning to room temperature, which made showers uncomfortable. Breakfast was just okay with a limited selection. Very crowded. and limited seating. The phở was actually good fresh noodles and a tasty broth, which was the highlight. However, the coffee had a burnt taste and wasn’t enjoyable. We did request extra pillows, but unfortunately they never arrived. On the positive side, the staff were top notch very friendly, polite, and professional. They were definitely the best part of the stay. With better attention to room cleanliness and maintenance, this hotel could improve significantly.
