Unfortunately, my stay at this place is terrible. Crowded and dirty. Lots of hairs on the bed and floor. The receptionist was grumpy all the time. There are lots of good hotels and apartments in Hanoi with kind staff. No need to stay here. Also, there lacks vietnamese local restaurants nearby, just a bunch of pretentious, fake Japanese restaurants.

The room is clean and the staff are friendly. I think it offers good value for the price. Japanese convenience store is also just a 30-second walk away. The location is well-balanced, as you can reach anywhere in Hanoi within 30 minutes by motorbike.

Excellent place. But hidden, off main road, but thanks to that quiet. Apartment is clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed, had great sleep. Simple kitchenette and wash machine/ got washing liquid from lady downstairs/. Hot water from dispenser and fabulous toilet. I would stay again. Good value for money!

Super lovely host, we arrived at 1am because our last hotel canceled last minute. The host was super friendly and helpful even though it was in the middle of the night, even though we dont speak each other's languages Google translate and basic gesturing helped us communicate. The apartment is cozy and well equipped for a service apartment, and is in a very quiet location (best night of sleep i had in 2 weeks), it is close to a lot of late night Japanese restraunts. Would stay again.
