An Exceptional Hotel Experience – Truly Outstanding Staff! ❤️ Our stay at Le Jardin Hotel Haute Couture was absolutely wonderful, but what made it truly unforgettable was the incredible staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, warm, professional and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond in ways we will never forget. During our stay, we experienced a very stressful situation. On the day of our Ha Long Bay cruise, we realised we had lost our passports! The hotel team immediately stepped in to help, contacting several places we had visited the previous evening. Thanks to their incredible efforts, they managed to locate our passports and kept them safe for us. What touched us most was how calmly and kindly they handled everything. They never made us feel more stressed, reassured us throughout the process, and helped us without expecting anything in return. We were genuinely overwhelmed by their kindness. They also made my husband’s birthday extra special with a beautiful cake and a lovely surprise, which meant so much to both of us. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, and we were very happy with every aspect of our stay. But above all, it was the people who made this hotel exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team. You didn’t just provide excellent service; you made us feel genuinely cared for. I cannot recommend Le Jardin Hotel Haute Couture highly enough. If we ever return to Hanoi, we would absolutely stay here again! ❤️

Honestly, such a great stay Everything was pretty much perfect. The hotel looks even better in person, the room was super clean and comfy, and the whole place has such a nice vibe. The staff were also really sweet and helpful throughout my stay. I genuinely don’t have anything bad to say about this place. Everything just felt smooth and well taken care of from check-in to check-out. Would 100% stay here again

A special thank you to Rachel at Reception, who was extremely helpful and attentive when assisting with my enquiries. She was friendly, professional, patient, and went out of her way to make sure everything was clearly explained and taken care of. I would also like to give a special mention to Khanh from the breakfast team. Khanh was warm, attentive, and always welcoming, making our breakfast experience even more enjoyable. Her genuine hospitality and attention to detail really made a difference. Both Rachel and Khanh are excellent representatives of Le Jardin. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay. Thank you, Rachel and Khanh, for the outstanding service. Thoroughly pleased for my 3-night stay here and the team here were so professional and welcoming. Love all the little luxury details and everything is accessible to the west lake. The restaurant view is not to be missed. Gym and pool size were considerably generous for the price you pay. Next door is also the famous pho which is a good comforting bowl for rainy or cold day. Special shoutout to Annie and everyone for the great hospitality and she even hands on to send us off to airport.
