Since the hotel is close to the Old Quarter, the room wasn't huge, but I loved its overall clean and stylish design. The housekeeping was spotless, and having a handwritten welcome card with my name on it along with welcome fruit made me feel truly valued. The staff were extraordinarily friendly and attentive to every detail. (Special thanks to Henry, who shared a custom-curated map on our first day—it was incredibly useful!) The dining was absolutely flawless. Even my mother, who is quite a picky eater, was thoroughly satisfied. Ending our day with cocktails at the rooftop bar overlooking Hoan Kiem Lake was the highlight of our trip. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A True Home in the Heart of Hanoi. Right from the moment I arrived, welcomed with refreshing cold towels and delicious welcome drinks—an absolutely perfect start! Honestly, the hospitality here is unmatched. The front desk team provides a level of service and genuine care that easily surpasses global luxury chains like Shangri-La. They truly go out of their way to make you feel special. Plus, the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the Old Quarter. The hotel is absolutely spotless. Even if you are a neat freak, you will be deeply impressed; it easily outshines many 5-star properties. Also, do not skip the on-site spa! Their massages are incredibly professional and easily rival the famous Omamori Spa. While the breakfast is modest due to the hotel's boutique size, it is delicious, satisfying, and made with so much heart. This place offers incredible value for money. By the time you check out, you will truly feel like you are leaving your own home. Book it without a second thought, you will understand exactly what I mean when you get there!

I had a wonderful stay at La Sinfonia Hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff were hospitable and eager to assist. There were very nice touches by them. They hand wrote a note and placed them on the table of my room. Check-in also came with a welcome drink and snacks, and some fruit in the room. They then pass you several vouchers, including a 250k VND voucher for the rooftop bar, massage vouchers (20% discount I think) for the in-house spa, and dining vouchers for the restaurant. Location-wise, it is unbeatable. You get a nice view of the lake from the Level 7 restaurant and the rooftop bar. You're a stone's throw from the Old Town and all its shops, cafes, massage palours, convenience stores and restaurants. It is also close to the French Quarters. You'll never find yourself lacking with things to do. The room was splendid. The design of the building and room was consistently Gothic Renaissance. It's stylish and makes you feel like you're staying in an art gallery. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the hot shower was strong. The room had ample space for two It was a very comfortable stay!
