La Sinfonia Citadel Hotel And Spa

We had a wonderful stay at La Sinfonia Citadel Hotel & Spa! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The location is perfect — convenient but still peaceful and quiet, with good soundproofing. The room, bed, and facilities were all very comfortable. What really stood out was the amazing service. All the staff were warm, friendly, and helpful, with excellent English. A special thank you to Bao, who helped us with so many things during our two-night stay. I even accidentally left my hat in a Grab, and Bao kindly kept communicating with the driver and helped me get it back. We really appreciated his patience and kindness! Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again! ❤️

Checked in late at night after 12 midnight Sunday morning 13 September 2026. I forgot the name of the receptionist who checked me in. But while i was checking in with him, another staff prepared the welcome snacks for me. But because it was late, i said let's let's l leave it. The rooms were really nice. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was powerful. The next morning breakfast we had table service and then i think her name was Hue Dao. She helped us with our booking with our bus booking to sa pa the same night. I booked my tickets separate from my friends. I think without her i would have missed the bus because i booked my pickup in another part of town. She helped arrange for us to be picked up at the hotel as none of us speak Vietnamese. Amazing service. Really never had excellent help like that before. Then we left our bags the the left luggage in the hotel then went out for the day. A wonderful stay All the staff in the hotel were really helpful and kind and patient. Will come back. Location was very near the train Street where the trains go past the by the cafe.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and everyone spoke English really well, so it was easy to communicate. On our last day, they even gave us these cute little bird keychains. Such a sweet little surprise! A special mention to the housekeeping staff on the 5th floor — they did such an amazing job! Our room was cleaned perfectly every day, our things were always neatly organized, and they even folded our clothes for us. I really appreciated the care and effort they put into everything. It honestly meant a lot to me. ❤️🙏🏻 The breakfast was pretty basic. We stayed for 5 days, and the food was mostly the same every morning. But I really liked the pancakes here — they were actually really good, and I had them every single morning! The room was very comfortable and I slept really well every night. We were a bit worried about the railway being nearby, but surprisingly, we couldn’t hear the trains at all. Overall, I think this place is a great choice if you want to stay somewhere close to the main attractions. Everything was convenient and it really worked well for us. Definitely recommend staying here! 😊

Room is great, very spacious and comfortable. It also keeps the hygene standard quite well. However, the water stain in toilet is quite bad. Over the floor, tap, bidet. Hope can be improved. Beside this, everything is really good. The experience, service, comfortability is on a high standard
