Exceptional hospitality and integrity – A memorable stay at La Siesta Classic Ma May! ​We had an outstanding experience staying at La Siesta Classic Ma May in Hanoi. In fact, we loved it so much that after taking a short trip outside the city, we returned and rebooked another stay without hesitation. ​From the very beginning, the level of service stood out. Upon check-in, a very attentive gentleman from the front desk personally escorted us to our room, thoroughly walking us through all the amenities, hotel details, and room features right there—such a thoughtful, convenient touch that made us feel immediately welcome. Though I unfortunately didn't catch his name, he went above and beyond again on our checkout day by speaking directly with our pre-booked Grab driver to coordinate the exact pickup spot and ensure a seamless departure. ​A special mention goes to Ms. Anh do at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and sweet, taking the time to share wonderful local tips and shopping recommendations around the area, which made exploring the Old Quarter effortless. ​Breakfast was another highlight of our mornings, thanks to Ms. Linh at the buffet, who makes the most delicious and authentic Vietnamese coffee—an absolute treat! ​What truly touched us, however, was the integrity and attentiveness of the housekeeping team. During checkout, I accidentally left a personal item behind inside the fridge. The housekeeper found it immediately and returned it to me before we left. That level of honesty and quick care means everything to a traveler. ​Every single staff member we encountered was genuinely helpful, warm, and attentive. Between the stellar service, prime location, and trustworthy team, our stay was truly five-star. We were completely satisfied and will gladly return on our next trip to Hanoi!

Stayed for 4 nights in triple room during our trip to Hanoi, including breakfast. Rooms: Very clean, spacious rooms with all the required amenities. The beds were comfortable, and we slept quite well. The room had good enough sound insulation, a huge balcony with chairs. It was really good to relax. The decor of the room is boutique style and looks tasteful. The TV in the room had the latest OTT platforms, we could stream Netflix easily. Hotel Common Area and Reception: Always smiling staff and very helpful. The reception common area has good comfortable seating. After checking out, they held out luggage for us before we left for airport. Breakfast: Good spread with eggs, fruits, pasta, fruits, yoghurt, coffee etc. Location: Right in the heart of Old Quarter, many restaurants were nearby, could walk to the stores for currency exchange, withdrawal from ATM, Hoan Kiem lake was walkable so was the Water Puppet show theatre. It was quite easy to walk around for sightseeing, shopping. Overall a more than satisfactory stay for us, the helpful staff made it a memorable visit. Will surely recommend this hotel to others.

We had a great stay at La Siesta Classic Ma May. The hotel is perfectly located in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, only about a couple of minutes walk from Beer Street and Food Street, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and attractions nearby. The staff were exceptional — always polite, kind and willing to assist with anything we needed. An Le and the rest of the hotel team were wonderful and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Our room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. Despite the hotel’s central location, it was a comfortable place to return to after a day exploring Hanoi. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely loved my stay at La Siesta Classic Ma May! The location was honestly perfect — right in the heart of the Old Quarter, and all the pick-up points for my tours were within a 5-minute walk, which made everything so much easier. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable and very clean, but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. You genuinely feel well taken care of here. I booked directly through the hotel’s website and everything was smooth and exactly as expected. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi!
