I stayed at all of the La Siesta hotels in Hanoi and there is nothing negative I could say about this hotel chain. The staff are amazing, extremely professional, attentive and helpful. The room is quiet, clean and modern. The housekeeping did a very good job, fast and discreet. Make sure you try their breakfast, plenty of options and extremely delicious! I didn’t use any other amenities but the swimming pool looks very inviting. The location is also excellent. All in all, I can only highly recommend it! I tried other hotels but I keep coming back to La Siesta. Definitely will be returning again and again!
This place is literally a hidden gem. Unassuming front entrance but the level of service by the front desk team is amazing. When we arrive, our room was not ready but they instead gave us a temporary room to freshen up. We had some issues with the lift to our room floor they offered to move us to another room for our convenience. Got a complimentary ride to the airport for the inconveniences. Breakfast items are refreshed and changed daily. Ngan in particular has been outstanding with her level of customer service. Would definitely recommend to stay at this place.
We stayed here in Sept 2026. The location, rooms and amenities- everything is perfect. Loved the library lounge area. As vegetarians, we were worried about finding something to our liking at the breakfast buffet. But, thankfully, we had quite a few options to choose from- veg spring rolls, avocado toast, pastries, sandwiches on order and much more. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Special mention to Thao who assisted us with everything from Day 1- she helped us with the must do things, gave me some bargaining tips for the Hanoi night market and assisted us till our cab with a goodbye gift upon checkout. The rooms were clean and spacious.
I stayed at Siesta Classic Hang Thung for one night and was extremely impressed with the service. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted, the check-in was seamless, and I was even given a complimentary upgrade, which I really appreciated.
The hotel is perfectly located in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, with a lovely pool on the ground floor. When I left, the staff took my luggage all the way to my vehicle and even gave me a small gift as a thank you.
What impressed me most was the good old-fashioned service and genuine hospitality. A fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
Service was truly top-notch — extremely impressive from start to finish. From the doorman gentleman, to the cheerful receptionist who personally showed us around the room and hotel amenities, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The restaurant staff were fabulous, and the manager also extended such warm hospitality to us. The night sky bar gentleman was great too, nearly forgot to mention and thank him, Even the spa staff and therapists were excellent.

Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone. Thank you for the wonderful stay — we will definitely be back. Cheers to the entire team for the excellent service and for making our stay such a memorable one.
