The best hotel in Hanoi! My husband and I had an amazing stay in L7 Westlake in Hanoi. Exceptional customer service from the bell boy, front desk, restaurant staff, housekeeping, and concierge team. They are always smiling and greeting us a warmly welcome. The hotel is very clean, beautiful rooms and views, perfect location with direct access to one of the nicest mall Lotte Mall. Upon leaving not realizing I left some of my things in my room. The concierge team was so kind and helped me by sending it to my next hotel in Danang. Special thank you to Mr. Erik, Ms. Jane, Lunary, and Ms. Hazel for an exceptional customer service. A truly 5 star experience! I highly recommend!!!
Had a really nice stay at L7 WEST LAKE HANOI BY LOTTE! The hotel has a stylish and modern atmosphere, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location is also super convenient since it’s connected to Lotte Mall, so shopping and dining are just a few steps away. Really enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back!
The Hotel is okay , however I have a few issues regarding the room space. It is a tight space and very crowded for two people per room. They don’t offer Halal food in room service nor breakfast, which is a disadvantage as a Muslim. The hotel on the other side is very clean, the staff are friendly and cooperative. I feel like they could focus on the little details like providing a spoon for coffee for instance. These tiny points make a big difference as a guest. The staff should know how to speak English fluently since there are international guests, I tried ordering Vietnamese coffee and I got everything but that.
Had a lovely stay at L7 West Lake. The design of the hotel is stylish and cozy without feeling too formal. I especially enjoyed the rooftop area and the view over West Lake during sunset. The staff were attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Stayed here for 3 nights and had a really pleasant experience. The room was clean, modern, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The location is also great if you want to explore West Lake. Would definitely stay here again.
