After leaving a review about the poor cleanliness of our room I am happy to say that customer service responded quickly and did everything they could to rectify the issues. They replaced the mouldy shower curtain and cleaned the lampshade we were also given complimentary fruit an apology letter and an offer for a different room or access to the executive lounge for complimentary drinks and breakfast which we accepted. We are extremely happy with how customer service responded and we would stay at this hotel again should the opportunity arise
Du Parc Hanoi is a well-established hotel with a convenient location and a pleasant atmosphere. While the property is a bit dated and some facilities, including the carpet, could benefit from refurbishment, the overall stay was still comfortable.
The highlight of my experience was the friendly and helpful staff, who were always welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was also enjoyable, with a good variety of options and tasty food.
Overall, Du Parc is a decent choice for travelers looking for good service and a convenient stay in Hanoi, though some updates to the facilities would further enhance the guest experience
Very nice hotel. I stayed here during my official tour in Executive room on 14th floor. The rooms are very neat and clean with city view from every room. They provide good service of laundry and executive lounge access offering delicious food
I was so impressed with Mr. Hoi Nhe at Hotel du Parc Hanoi. From the moment I arrived, he was warm, enthusiastic, and genuinely caring. He went far beyond duty—always eager to help, answer questions, and greet me with a friendly smile that made me feel right at home.
