I stayed here twice and both times the rooms were very large and comfortable. Sometimes the bedrooms have no windows but this is quite common in Hanoi. Once I had to change the room because of noise outside the window but it was not a problem and the staff handled it quickly. Communication on WhatsApp was easy and smooth.
Very nice clean and comfortable apartment. Spacious. Great if you want to spend some quiet time. Not very far from old quarters.
I never got a chance to write a review on the airbnb app. But basically my visa wasn’t approved yet and they let me keep my booking and let me set the date i could be there. They kept their promise when i showed up. I stayed here for a long time. Everything is clean. Wifi is super good. The water stays hot when you shower. It is peaceful with no noise. The staff was very, very nice. I recommend this place 100%
This was our regular place till we got our first house. Their rooms were big, not the fancy or romantic type, but they were full of amenities a d make you feel like home. Good price and good location for us as well. Super nice security man, the staffs were nice & helpful as well. Wish they the bests.
I have been staying in HB Serviced Apartments since 2022. And every time I come to Hanoi, I will always choose to stay here. The location is very convenient for my meetings, the rooms are very clean, quiet, and spacious. The staff are very polite, even the security. Several times I forgot my items, they would keep for me. I just wish that the management can be more accommodating for early check-in if the room is available. Otherwise I highly recommend this place for people staying in Hanoi.
