I am so appreciative of the wonderful service provided by Helen and Rachel. Helen particularly took a lot of effort to tell me of the great food nearby and all amenities she thought i would need. Rachel also gave a good tip for less touristy spots. Its really because of their service that i extended my stay by a night. They both are assets to any tourist business! 👍👍👍

The staff are there for all our needs. We even went on a Cruise in Ha Long Bay for 3 days after our stay and they let us leave a couple of our bags there. Our room had a nice balcony and was quite roomy. The breakfast is very good too. They are located between the Old Quarter area and Train Street area so you can walk to either in minutes or ga a little farther to Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum.
The hotel is in a great location, which we really liked. Everything would have been fine, but there are serious issues with cleanliness and overall maintenance. The rooms themselves are nice, but they are very dirty — the walls are stained, and it feels like nothing has been properly cleaned for a long time. This seems like an easy problem to fix, but it appears no one is taking care of it. We were initially given a room with mold — it was clearly visible on the bathroom ceiling, and there was a strong musty smell. The staff were helpful and changed our room to one without mold, which we appreciated, but it was still not clean. In my opinion, the price for rooms in this condition is definitely too high.
A lovely little hotel in the Old Quarter, perfectly located within easy walking distance of plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops. A special mention goes to Rachel, who was incredibly helpful in arranging both our Ha Long Bay cruise and Ha Giang motorcycle tour—her assistance really made the experience smoother and more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable, though we did encounter a few minor plumbing issues during our stay. Breakfast was decent, and all the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. We stayed here on three separate occasions while using Hanoi as a base for exploring different parts of Vietnam, and it worked perfectly for that. Overall, a great stay—I would happily return.
My mom and I stayed at Hanoi Siva Luxury Hotel for 4 nights and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism, making us feel truly welcome. The hotel’s simple yet elegant design blends modern elegance with subtle Vietnamese charm, creating an atmosphere that is both luxurious and inviting. The rooms are spacious, clean, daily housekeeping and thoughtfully furnished with every comfort in mind. The location is ideal, offering easy access to Hanoi’s cultural landmarks while still providing a peaceful retreat from the city’s bustle. Hang Ma has lots of TET decorations for sale and its only few minutes walk away from the hotel. What stood out most was the service from the staff, especially Rachael who ensures that our stay is a memorable one from the day we booked the hotel until we checked into the hotel. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, whether it was arranging transportation, offering local recommendations, or simply checking in with a smile. Overall, Hanoi Siva Luxury Hotel delivers on its promise of great service and comfort. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi who values elegance, convenience, and outstanding hospitality.
