Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel 2

The staff was incredible! Lam was absolutely the coolest and hardworking staff! He made everyday feel like home. You are in the heart of Old Quarter so expect 22-23 hours of noise and traffic, but amazing location. So close to sites, and great for exploring and walking. Again, the staff is so wonderful. Location is perfect. Rooms are clean and done daily. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay at the Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel 2. We booked two balcony rooms, and the views of the city were beautiful. It was a wonderful place to sit, relax, and take in the energy of Hanoi. The hotel is located right in the heart of the Old Quarter, surrounded by shopping, restaurants, and countless things to see and do. The location is outstanding. Most of the major attractions are within a 10-minute walk, making it very easy to explore the city on foot. During our stay, we enjoyed everything from local pho shops to Michelin-starred restaurants, all conveniently nearby. What truly made our stay special was the staff. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. Everyone was warm, professional, and eager to help. They went above and beyond to answer our questions, arrange transportation, and offer helpful recommendations about the city. If you are looking for a comfortable hotel with a fantastic location and truly outstanding service, I highly recommend Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel 2. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a really pleasant stay here. The room was clean, cozy, and surprisingly quiet at night. The location was also convenient for getting around the city.
