The staff can speak English and are very kind and accommodating. The rooms are cleaned everyday and there are lots of places nearby to explore. Angela was especially helpful to us.

The place is very clean and the staff are all so very helpful and accomodating. They have 4 sister locations that offer services that are either free or have discounted prices if you are staying at any one of their sister branches. The receptionists all speak English so you won't have trouble communicating. Jasmine was especially helpful to us.

Stayed here while filming for Crash Course Hotels. Favorite feature: The location — right in Hanoi's Old Quarter with restaurants, shops, and street-level character immediately outside the door. No Grab required to find something worth doing. Amenities: Gym: No Pool: No Breakfast: Yes (included — 2-minute walk to sister hotel, buffet plus à la carte items) Mini Fridge: Yes (empty) Safe: Yes Water Heater: Yes AC: Yes (cooled the room down very quickly) Room is a touch more spacious than the average Old Quarter boutique — decent luggage space, closet with safe, desk area with mini fridge underneath, and an extra comforter available. Bathroom is tight near the toilet but opens up a bit around the shower. Breakfast is a short walk — a staff member shows you the way your first morning. The walk itself gives you a good look at the neighborhood. Along the breakfast route there's a local smoothie and food spot that's worth finding — fried rice, banh mi, excellent smoothies.
