Room service menu could have a couple of very simple additional things on there like Toasted sandwich etc and location had problems with rubbish and sewerage smells out the front but you can't blame the hotel for that.
I would recommend this very good accommodation to anyone.

I have been to a couple of hotels before and this one is by far the best in Hanoi.
Excellent service: The staff here are very friendly and helpful, they also speak excellent English.
Amazing location: Hanoi Lion Boutique Hotel is in the heart of Hoan Kiem, enough points of interest around it.
Rooms: the rooms are neat, clean and nicely prepared for you on arrival. The airconditioners are a step above the usual standards with a air purifier.
Amenities: I booked the hotel through booking.com and they offer free gym, spa and breakfast.
Overall I would highly recommend it!
We found this lovely hotel on booking.com and spent almost 9 nights here. Sophie and her team were attentive and caring. The largest room they have is massive and sensibly priced. They have a lovely balcony attached which was also extremely large. The hotel is a boutique hotel so the service is personalised and they did everything to accomodate our requests. It's a fantastic location just 3 mins walking to train street, in fact you can see the street when you stand outside the entrance. But zero sound as it's far enough to not hear the trains but close enough to get there quickly. They also have a beer bath experience that was intresting and I did that once.I wish the hotel well.
Had the best stay here thanks to Son, Long and Sophie! The hotel is centrally located in the old quarter (close to everything) and wasn’t as noisy as some of the other streets, which was great. Not only were the rooms spotless, spacious and comfortable, but what makes everything stand out is the service. From the breakfast to being able to store my luggage while I was out and bout to even letting me use the gym shower after checkout, Son and Long specifically went out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. Thank you! I enjoyed my stay so much that I’ve decided to book extra days at this hotel for the end of my trip when I’m back in Hanoi. Cam on!
