My wife and I stayed at Hanoi Le Jardin in September 2026 and we had a fantastic time! The location was great, a short walk to Old Quarter and also towards West Lake and other landmarks such as Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum. The hotel breakfast was great. The staff were always very kind, courteous, helpful, and attentive. On our last day my wife and I had to check out before the hotel breakfast operating hours and the hotel staff prepared us a travel meal instead. I would definitely stay at Le Jardin again!

I stayed in a Premier room with one King sized bed (903). The room is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable, I enjoyed the squishy pillows. They served a lemon drink with some sour ginger plum snack, which I quite enjoyed although I wish there hadn't been ice in the drink. The bath is one of those enclosed in a glass wall so if you're traveling with a partner, you can put on a show or pull the blinds down. Unfortunately, there is no real drainage for the tile bits lining the tub so it flowed right onto the floor when I used just the shower. It is a strange set up and I had a very wet bathroom floor most of my stay. They never told me the wifi at check in and I can't find it in any room guidance so you'd have to call the front desk/make sure to ask before you go up to your room. The conditioner provided was mediocre but the hand soap smells lovely. The design of the rooms is contemporary and overall nice, but some of it also lacks careful detail, e.g. paint where the wall meets the ceiling or adjacent wall has messy edges.
Super friendly staff, our room was beautiful/very clean and the hotel was within walking distance of so many places! This trip was for my birthday, the staff surprised me with a birthday dessert and a hand written card! I will definitely be returning here the next time I visit Vietnam.
“Exceptional Hospitality and Memorable Stay at Hanoi Le Jardin Hotel & Spa” Hanoi Le Jardin Hotel & Spa truly exceeded our expectations and made our stay in Hanoi memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and genuine friendliness, ensuring that every detail of our visit was taken care of. The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and flavorful dishes to start the day. What impressed us most was the thoughtful hospitality—when we had to check out early to catch a 7 AM flight, the hotel kindly packed breakfast for us, a gesture that perfectly reflects their commitment to guest comfort. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a welcoming lobby and a charming café attached, making it a pleasant spot to relax. The spa services were excellent, providing a soothing retreat after a day of exploring the city. Its location is ideal, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shopping options, allowing us to enjoy Hanoi’s vibrant atmosphere right at our doorstep. One of the highlights was the hotel’s restaurant on the 12th floor, which not only serves breakfast but also offers a delightful dinner experience with truly delicious food and a cozy ambiance. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay—the combination of great facilities, prime location, and exceptional hospitality made it unforgettable. We would definitely choose Hanoi Le Jardin Hotel & Spa again in the future and wholeheartedly recommend it to friends and family visiting Hanoi. Thank you to Joy from the Front Desk for helping us with any of our requests during our stay.
The hotel is fairly new and nice. It is located in a convenient area (just a bit outside of Old quarters), plenty of restaurants/pharmacy nearby and easy to take Grab/taxi to various sightseeing places. Our room was on 9th floor, spacious and clean enough (could be cleaner). They offer daily housekeeping and complimentary water bottles. Although it’s not exactly very soundproofed where you could hear noises from streets and sometimes room next door, that wasn’t a problem for us. But be aware if you’re a light sleeper. The staffs left a strong impression on us upon arrival and departure. All staffs speak English very well. The receptionists explained the details and services when we checked in. When checking out, we were able to leave the luggages and access to shower to freshen up (over at their sister hotel nearby) before our night train to Sapa. The staffs were very friendly and helped us with various questions, especially when we asked for restaurant recs and ATM/money exchange place! Really much appreciated! Overall we had a pleasant stay and would love to return next time in Hanoi
