Hanoi Hotel

I traveled to Vietnam and booked this hotel with a friend. We had a great experience and the staff were very friendly. The price was reasonable and the rooms were clean. We will definitely return.

My experience was vary good am vary happy this journey I rmabar life time

I recently stayed at this hotel during a 2-day business trip in Hanoi, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made it comfortable after a long day of work. One of the highlights was the breakfast area, located near a small lake. The view was quite romantic and peaceful, creating a relaxing atmosphere to start the day. The breakfast buffet also offered a wide variety of dishes, so there were plenty of choices to suit different tastes. However, one downside was the noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways. This slightly affected the overall experience, especially for non-smokers.

I booked because of the business centre and the fitness centrw, both closed "renovating". They should let the guests know before taking the money. The internet is less that 75mbps which is awful for a "high-end" hotel. Melia hotel is way better in facilities and internet. The wifi was dropping off the whole morning and the tv to chill out had 3 movie channels...Ive stayed in homestays better than this hotel. I give 2 stars because the employees did their best to help me out with the internet situation (the ethernet connection only improve the internet hy 5mbps...). They helped me out with the lugagge when I checked in but nobody seemed to even care to help me out getting it outside. The room really not that nice, the window could not open to get fresh air so was all cramped inside. I don't recommend, there are better ones at lower prices.
