Hanoi Brilliant Hotel And Spa

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights before leaving to Da Nang. Prior to booking I looked at several hotels combing through all the reviews. What stood out to me was how consistent the staff was in responding to each review and any complaints. I saw that they were a small hotel, and I had a sense that they put great effort into making sure each guest was taken care of. So I decided to book with Brilliant Hotel. Fast forward to our first day, we arrived via a sleeper bus at 6 or 7 AM in the morning. As we approached the door, the doorman came rushing out to help us carry our luggage into the lobby. Although, our room was not available to check in yet, the staff was kind enough to let us rest on the 1st floor until check in time. The rest of our time there was great. The staff was so helpful and hardworking, I couldn't help but root for their success. Whatever concerns or needs we had were always met with earnest assistance. I know there are so many options when looking at places to stay in Hanoi, but for the attention and service that Hanoi Brilliant Hotel & Spa has to offer at their price, recommending this place is a no brainer. It's a great location if you love exploring the streets and stumbling into whatever local eateries are nearby, because wherever you end up, it is a short walk back to this hotel. Rooms were clean and smelled really nice. Staff were very accomodating. Service was top notch (they remembered all our names from the first day we arrived till the last day). They game us recommendations where to eat and where to shop. Location is very near michelin restaurants, shopping areas and tourist spots.

For my first time in Vietnam this place was great. My room didn’t have any windows but other than that it was fine. As long as the AC was working I was good. The service above all was amazing. They remembered my name and were very friendly. They speak English which is a big plus. Also the spa was top tier and professional. Best deep tissue message I ever had. They seriously will put their entire body weight on your muscles but you can tell them if it’s too much.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter, with plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking distance. The room rate was reasonable for the area and offered good value for money. What stood out most was the staff. They helped carry our luggage to the room and were always available whenever we needed assistance. Everyone was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. I also heard that the hotel has a homestay property right next door. It sounds interesting, and I might try staying there on my next visit to Hanoi. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
