Reviews
Great location, right beside a small lake. Lots of local shops and restaurants around.
The staff are lovely and the place is scrupulously clean. They did my laundry every day for free.
The rooms are big and comfortable, the kitchen area is small but adequate (large fridge, rice cooker and induction hot plate).
I originally booked for 2 weeks when I arrived in hanoi for work, but I was happy here and stayed for almost a month while I got settled and looked for an apartment.
This hotel is reasonably priced, conveniently located, and the staff are all very kind and wonderful.
The reception staff in particular are wonderful, and their smiles are always soothing.

Thank You!
Super value for money. Room sizes are great. Free laundry services so it’s perfect for a long stay. I stayed here for 20 days and this time for 14 days. Lake view facing room has got pretty view !
Nice room, very clean. Staff didn't speak English but communicated well enough via Google Translate. Didn't have a scenic view at all. Rather, my window opened to the view of a wall. Loudly heard the activities of the guests in the other rooms nearby. That was annoying! Sometimes, I put music on to ignore the noise.
Overall, the space was very comfortable. The location left a lot to be desired. The service was okay.
