Grand K Hotel Suites Hanoi

Extremely Disappointing Experience - We booked 3 rooms together under one person’s name because we are travelling as a family and clearly wanted to stay close to each other. However, Grand K Suites Hanoi has allocated our rooms far away from one another, making our stay extremely inconvenient and difficult. When we initially raised this issue with the hotel staff, we were told that adjacent rooms were not available on any floor. Later, however, they started saying that we would have to pay extra charges to get rooms next to each other. This is absolutely ridiculous! First, we are told that the rooms are unavailable, and then we are told that they can be provided if we pay extra. This raises serious questions about the hotel’s transparency and the way it treats its guests. We made a combined booking for a reason, and the hotel should have considered our requirements instead of separating our family across different parts of the property. Rather than helping us resolve the issue, the staff have made the situation even more frustrating by asking for additional payment. A hotel’s hospitality should be about making guests comfortable, not finding ways to charge them extra for basic convenience. The management needs to improve its communication, transparency and customer service. Based on our current experience, I would not recommend this hotel to families travelling together. Very disappointing and frustrating service!

I always stay at Grand K Hotel whenever I visit Hanoi, and once again, it was an excellent experience. What makes this hotel truly special is its outstanding staff. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Julia, Jessica, Linh, and Trang for their exceptional hospitality. They are always welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Their warm smiles and willingness to help made my stay comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, the facilities are excellent, and the overall service is consistently outstanding. It is rare to find a hotel where the staff remember guests and make them feel so valued every time they return. Thank you again to Julia, Jessica, Linh, and Trang for making each of my stays memorable. I highly recommend Grand K Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi, and I look forward to staying here again on my next trip.

I'm staying in a residence. The hotel is located in an uncomplicated area, but it's nice to have a restaurant street not too far away. The hotel staff are very friendly. In particular, Mr. Thang actively tries to serve me. And Ms. Ty is meticulous and clean. I want to compliment them. It makes my family comfortable. Thank you.

It was my first time in Hanoi Vietnam and staying here at Hotel Grand K Suites made my stay very welcoming and comforting. It’s very modern and beautiful! The overall service was excellent along with the spacious rooms which were always cleaned and all the facilities were catered for our needs. The views from the hotel overlooking the city were truly amazing!! The indoor pool and gym were very open spacious, clean and enjoyed that very much. The hotel itself is not very crowded but very spacious and big. We had breakfast included in our stay and the selection of the breakfast had a lot of choice and always fresh! The staff were very helpful and caring especially the staff member Thang who was always happy to greet and see us and he really did go the extra mile to help us out! The location of this property is great too with plenty of shops and places to eat near by. Overall I would definitely rate this property 5 stars and would definitely come and visit and stay here again!
