It sits in a tiny road, so the taxi can only drop you off 100m away, but well with it... The bell hop will meet you at the taxi if called. The rooms were really good, very quiet, staff very friendly and once you got used to the little streets, it was in a great location. We stayed for nights with a side trip in between, they looked after the bags we didn't need.

Arrived after a long flight from the UK, told by the front desk that our booking was cancelled somehow. Fast forward 30 minutes, we were upgraded to a better room and the staff were so great about it all. Rooms are finished very well. Bed is comfortable and big. Comes with access to a gym and spa. Wasn’t expecting such a good room for the price we paid. Very happy

This is a really decent hotel just inside the french quarter and within easy walking distance of the old quarter. Rooms are more than adequate, cleaned and replenished beautifully every day. Good breakfast every day. Conveniently situated practically next to the cathedral so a great ancoring point if you're new to Hanoi and there are some great restaurants, cafe's and bars within 100 metres. The narrow streets and parked bikes make it hard for a taxi to pull up outside the doors but the concierge is an absolute star as are all of the staff who are so helpful and welcoming. Thanks to all for making our first visit to Vietnam start so well
