Classyc Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Classyc and would happily recommend it. The location is fantastic, the pool is lovely, and our room was beautiful, with a gorgeous bath and balcony. A special mention to Remy and all the front-of-house, restaurant and housekeeping staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, and their warm service really made our stay. The only things that didn’t quite work for us were Reno Bar downstairs and the spa. They weren’t really our style, but fortunately there are plenty of excellent bars and spas very close by, so there are great alternatives within easy reach. Overall, we really enjoyed Classyc and would definitely stay again. A stylish, comfortable hotel in a great location with genuinely lovely people looking after you. ❤️ :

The best hotel I have ever stayed at! Everything was exceptional- the location, rooms, breakfast, and above all, the service. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel cared for, welcomed, and accommodated. Even after I had checked out, they were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to assist me with my luggage and anything else I needed. A special shoutout to Arthur Grey, who was exceptional in every way. He was incredibly attentive, always checking in, and gave wonderful recommendations elevating my stay in Hanoi. The level of thoughtfulness and hospitality from him and the entire team was unparalleled. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. An unforgettable stay and the best service I’ve experienced at a hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, the service and hospitality were exceptional. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel truly welcome and valued throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options to start the day. Every member of the team, especially Amelia, went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was comfortable and memorable. A special touch that we truly appreciated was the thoughtful souvenir gifted to us at the end of our stay. It was a lovely gesture that perfectly reflected the hotel’s genuine care for its guests. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so special. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again in the future.

We spent a magnificent week at the Classyc Hotel. Everything was outstanding, from the service with friendly, caring, and responsive staff to the luxurious comfort of the well-appointed room. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The amenities were thoughtful and plentiful. The air conditioning was marvelous, especially after a day out exploring Hanoi. Housecleaning was exemplary. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The bartenders at both the pool bar and basement bar made fabulous, inventive cocktails and reasonable prices. Everyone and everything at the Classyc made it one of the best hotel stays we have had in a long time.
