Fantastic location! The staff was super lovely and helpful. When our initial room had linens that weren't completely clean, they moved us to a new room right away. Excellent hot water pressure in the shower and a nice breakfast.

the room doesnt have windows. the bed is big i think it's king size and you get 2 pillows. bathroom was ok. there was a spa in the hotel. also they have a tourist officer who would help you. but for us we already planned our trip, all our itineraries were booked via klook.
Worst experience I've had in 20 years. Room was dirty, half the lights and Power outlets didn't work. We asked for 2 extra pillows and 2 towels. They gave us pillows in plastic bags because they had run out of pillowcases and had run out of towels so gave us 2 dirty towels from a hotel down the street. Balcony couldn't stand 2 people and looked into a local person's kitchen 2 feet away. Holes in the bed sheets. Moved hotels after 1 night. They asked us not to review until they contacted us to discuss. It's been 3 weeks and we've not had any correspondence back. Save your holiday and steer clear.
I had an amazing stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It stayed nice and cold, which I really appreciated, and it was also quiet, making it easy to rest. All the essentials were complete, so everything I needed was readily available. It was also close to everything, which made it very convenient. The breakfast was also really good. While the selection isn’t huge, there’s a nice variety of options and it felt quite healthy, which is great if you’re conscious about what you eat. The standout for me was the beef noodles—I only got to try it on my last day, which is a bit unfortunate because it was honestly even better than some of the TikTok-famous spots I’ve seen. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, always smiling, and very accommodating. They were attentive throughout my stay and would even greet guests warmly late into the evening, which made the whole experience feel very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again in the future.
First hotel to stay after arriving in Vietnam. Excellent and helpful bell boy, breakfast is reasonable. The building looks and smell old, highly needs full renovation. Bathroom is full of mold. Could not wait to leave after finding few cockroaches crawling on the wall. Yikes, I will not recommend.
