Had an amazing stay at this hotel. The food was absolutely awesome, with delicious breakfast that made the experience even more enjoyable. The stay was comfortable, relaxing, and truly memorable. Everything was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a wonderful stay with excellent food and great hospitality. Would love to visit again ☺️

We had a lovely stay at Babylon Grand Hotel Hanoi during our Vietnam trip. The hotel was comfortable, clean and conveniently located, making it a great base for exploring Hanoi. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated their kindness and willingness to assist whenever we needed anything. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay , there was a great variety of food, everything was fresh and delicious, and it was a wonderful way to start our busy days. 🍳🥐☕️ Our room was comfortable and provided a relaxing place to return to after exploring Hanoi and the surrounding areas. We felt well looked after throughout our stay. Thank you to the Babylon Grand Hotel Hanoi team for your wonderful hospitality. Unfortunately rooms had visible mould spores in multiples places, along with the visible mould along the rooms, the smell was pungent and rooms felt humid both from the mould. Buffet breakfast was nice and staff are lovely and helpful however mould issue needs to be fixed. I have taken photos and will be showing the photos to reception

Great little hotel, a bit out of the old quarter, but with a very good breakfast and fantastic staff. The rooms are comfortable but a bit dated. An easy "grab" ride away from most things in Hanoi.
