All the staff is friendly and helpful. They help me solve all the problem and question.
I love their breaktfast because so many choose and delicious, and it's different everyday.
Sky bar is large, feeling good to look at the old house view.
I will take this hotel again If come to Hanoi next time.

We loved Aurora Premium. The staff are very friendly (especially Peony! She always checked in to make sure we were taken care of or needed anything). They help you with your bags, greet you always and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable.
The hotel buffet breakfast was delicious and you can even order pho and eggs upon request as part of the breakfast options!
The rooms are more spacious than the places we stayed at in Ho Chi Minh City and we are in a good location for food, drinks, bars and the markets.

The hotel is located at old quarter, the location is so nice everything is in walking distance. Is really close to the lake and the weekend night market.
The staff are so enthusiastic ,the most memorable staffs are Mark and Peony. Mark is so friendly and recommended us some coffee option with us. Peony is so warmly and always talking care of us from the first day to the last day we were staying there. Just one thing is that the breakfast need some improvement otherwise is good. Room are clean , service is so nice, it's quiet at night.

There are free drinks for the rooftop bar, but we didn't try it as we are full scheduled. Next time we have to try the drinks there.
I am a trainer to the Hotel Industry so I always notice when staff have had customer service training. The FIRST thing I noticed before I walked through the door of Aurora Premium was their greeting and eye contact. Very impressive.
Checking in was a 5* experience, you are made to feel welcome and relaxed.
All the staff are engaging and can't do enough to help you. The room is clean, modern and the bed is enormously comfy. I slept so well. The breakfast is NOT to be missed, Vietnamese and Western dishes abound and the omelettes are perfect,a sure sign of quality. While you have breakfast you will be greeted and asked if you need any city advice or help in planning excursions. Sit at the back of the restaurant and you have stunning views of Hanoi from up high. This hotel is now our #1 choice. So good, we left our next hotel and returned back to Aurora, where we were greetes by like long lost family. We will be back again and again. Thank you.
