Place is modern chic and very clean. The room is nice and air con was great. Staff was attentive. We did laundry here and it was ready the next afternoon. Breakfast is delicious, my favorite was the rice porridge with “thousand year old” egg IYKYK. It was raining all week I was here and there were umbrellas provided for guests to use. I enjoyed my stay.
Great hotel with really friendly staff. As a picky girly, this hotel was clean and met all my expectations.
The service staff in reception were always SO friendly, going above and beyond for us on many occasions, all the way to checking out.
Great value for the price too!!
Would absolutely stay here when I come back to Hanoi.
We had such a great experience at Aquarius Premium Hotel that we came back for a second stay. The hotel is new, comfortable, and very well maintained. One of the biggest things for us was that the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a huge difference after long days exploring Hanoi.
The staff are professional, friendly, and do their jobs very well. Every interaction was smooth and pleasant, and they were always helpful when needed.
The breakfast was one of our favorite parts of the stay. Everything was fresh and there was a great variety each morning. We especially loved the fresh fruit selection. There was also pho, congee, bacon, potatoes, salads, and a good choice of hot and cold drinks. It was a great way to start the day.
The location is excellent and convenient to everything around the Old Quarter, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and attractions.
The hotel is also surprisingly quiet, allowing for a good night’s sleep. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, with new beds and quality linens that made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, Aquarius Premium Hotel offers excellent value, comfort, and service. We thoroughly enjoyed both of our stays and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.
We just had a day stay at this hotel and were very happy with our stay. The room is neat, nice and very comfortable. As we stayed for a day so the room is located at the ground floor and separated from other overnight stay guests which was just perfect for us. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The buffet variety was good. We will definitely stay at this hotel if we are in HN again next time.
