Amour Resort Bavi

Our stay at Amour Resort Bavi was absolutely wonderful. The property is beautifully maintained, the team is incredibly welcoming and attentive, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The atmosphere is incredibly calm and peaceful, very quiet and serene, perfect to truly unwind. We felt truly valued as guests. We particularly loved the 2-hour trek to Suoi Ngoc Hoa waterfall in Ba Vì National Park, guided by a wonderful and knowledgeable guide who made the experience even more special. The resort offers the perfect balance of comfort, authenticity, and natural beauty in a tranquil setting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Vietnam. We can't wait to come back!

We didn’t stay here overnight but we were visiting the park on a self-planned day trip. We wanted some lunch and the other restaurants and cafes in the park didn’t have a great selection. We decided to try the restaurant at this hotel and were very satisfied. We were welcomed by the lovely hospitable, English speaking staff. We had a very tasty lunch in a comfortable air conditioned restaurant. Then to top it all off, we were having some trouble requesting a Grab pickup. The lovely Christine on reception was a star! She spoke to the driver for us and organised the car to pick us up right at the hotel door. She then sat us down, brought us a refreshment drink, turned on the ceiling fans and closed the lobby doors so we could cool down and relax. Thank you to Christine for your friendly hospitality.

We had a very pleasant stay at Amour Resort Ba Vì. The highlight of our experience was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, attentive, and paid attention to the smallest details. I mentioned in advance that we were celebrating my birthday, and they went above and beyond by decorating our room, surprising us with a beautiful cake and a thoughtful gift, and even upgrading our room. Those little touches made our stay feel truly special. The room itself was wonderful—very spacious, with breathtaking views, an exceptionally comfortable bed, and a lovely cinnamon scent that made it feel warm and inviting. There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. The soundproofing between rooms isn’t great. We could hear almost everything from the family staying next door, especially whenever they entered or left their room, which affected the overall tranquility. The food was another disappointment. Lunch was quite average and overpriced for what was served. We paid over 800,000 VND for a vegetarian meal, and while we don’t mind paying premium prices for quality food, this didn’t meet expectations. Breakfast was also rather limited. It’s served à la carte, and several menu items weren’t even available during our stay. Despite these points, we genuinely enjoyed our visit. The outstanding hospitality, beautiful rooms, and thoughtful service made for a memorable experience. With some improvements to the food and soundproofing, this resort could be exceptional.

A hidden gem, nice get away place for the price. Attentive, professional staff. The landscape, garden is beautiful, nice for a little walk. We came on a Monday so there weren’t as many people around. I hesitated a little before booking because of all the 1 star review but after staying here for a night, all those reviews are nonsense so I feel I should defend the resort here based on some of the bad reviews you see: 1. The food is expensive: No shit, tell me any 5 star resort serve food at market price, I’ll wait. You don’t pay 3 mil for a night here and complain about the food price. 2. There is not much entertainment around: This is supposed to be a get away, low key place. I’m glad they don’t allow people to do all the karaoke stuff here. Have some respect for other’s privacy. 3. No signage in English and staff not speaking English: Idk what to say about this one. Maybe try to learn the language of the country you traveling to instead of making them speak your language
