Reviews
We had a wonderful experience staying at Amira Hotel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, making it very convenient to explore nearby attractions on foot. Most places are just a short walk away, which made sightseeing so much easier. The staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and welcoming. They kindly took care of our luggage multiple times while we travelled to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh, which was incredibly thoughtful and convenient. Overall, a great experience with excellent hospitality and a fantastic location. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi!
We really enjoyed our stay in Amira Hotel. The bed was really comfy, breakfast awesome and really great to have a sky bar in the hotel.
The staff was so welcoming and really nice! Unfortunately, we had some issues with transfer that we booked and they were so kind and caring. They assisted so good - they were keep on trying and in the end they managed the transport for us - many thanks again Hà Linh and the team🤗
The hotel that truly made us feel at home in Vietnam. ❤️
The staff were incredibly kind, genuine, and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed and always approached us with a warm smile.
We even left our luggage at the hotel for 5 days while we travelled to another city, and everything was completely safe and well taken care of. Their laundry service was also fast, clean, and very carefully done.
The location is fantastic, but what really made this hotel special for us was the staff. They were sincere, welcoming, and always solution-oriented. We felt genuinely cared for during our stay.
Thank you so much for making our time in Vietnam even more special. We would happily stay here again! ❤️
I had a wonderful stay at Amira. The rooms were clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the Old Quarter.
What stood out the most was Haley at the reception. She went above and beyond by arranging my last-minute trip to Ninh Binh and organizing my shuttle transfers to and from Ha Long Bay. She was always friendly, positive, and incredibly helpful, providing useful information whenever I needed it.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend staying here!
We had such a great stay at the Amira Hotel and honestly couldn’t fault it. The hotel is really clean, modern, and in a brilliant location for exploring Hanoi. Everything felt well looked after and the rooms were spotless.
The Skybar was also a huge bonus. Amazing views over the city and a really nice place to relax in the evening after being out all day.
What really made the stay stand out though was the staff, especially Haley on reception. We arrived really late in the evening and she was incredible from the moment we got there. She managed to sort us a last-minute airport pickup, booked us onto a Ha Long Bay cruise, and even arranged for our laundry to be washed and ready before we left the next morning. Genuinely above and beyond service.
Haley was so friendly, helpful, and calm with everything, and she made the whole stay feel easy and stress-free. It’s rare to come across service that good.
Would 100% stay here again and would happily recommend Amira Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.
