We had a really lovely stay at Acoustic Hotel & Spa Hotel. The staffs are very kind & accomodating. The welcome drink & fruits were refreshing & the rooms were very comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. We also appreciate the peace and quiet of the rooms and the breakfast buffet were varied with delicious salads, caramel custard puddings amongst others. The location is also very convenient although the traffic can be a little bit heavy at times at peak hours. We hope to be back! ❤️🙏🏼
The hotel staff went above and beyond for us during our stay! From the constant check ups to assistance in learning more about the area, it was really appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff was. Really have to stress how courteous and hospitable the staff was. The room was clean, stocked, and comfortable on arrival. Street noise wasn’t really an issue either.
The location of the building is central to the major attractions in Hanoi. A short grab ride away from many popular areas, some even walking distance. The breakfast offered at the location is quite delicious and varied in selection. Would definitely come back to same place on our next trip to Hanoi!

We just stayed at this hotel and couldn’t be more impressed! The team here is absolutely outstanding – super friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Every staff member went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The highlight was definitely the breakfast. It was incredibly delicious with a fantastic variety of fresh options. We had stayed in a 5-star hotel in Nha Trang the week before, and honestly, this hotel’s breakfast was noticeably better – fresher, tastier, and more thoughtfully prepared. It really set the tone for each day.
The service is top-notch. The friendly personnel are always ready to assist with anything you need and make you feel truly welcome.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for great value, excellent food, and warm Vietnamese hospitality. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you to the whole team for making our trip so special. 🙏
I stayed here for one night after a disappointing experience at Muong Thanh, about 600 meters down the road. As a visitor from the United States, I knew very little about Hanoi, so choosing this hotel turned out to be one of the best decisions of my trip.
I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The hotel was beautifully decorated, the customer service was excellent, and the breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations. Overall, the experience was memorable, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
My only regret was not being able to tip the young lady who worked tirelessly in the breakfast area, clearing tables and helping guests. I didn't have any cash with me at the time. If the hotel management knows who she is, please pass along my appreciation for her outstanding service.

The staff were so accommodating, friendly, and helpful. They felt like family by the time we left. Fiona and the team really looked after us and made us feel so comfortable. They helped us book a boat tour to ha long bay and made everything feel so easy. All staff at this hotel are amazing, the restaurant staff, the porters, everyone. We absolutely loved our stay. The facilities were great too, we loved our room and the bed was so comfortable. The included breakfast was also good with many options. Would definitely stay again when we come back to Hanoi. Couldn’t recommend this place enough :)
