I took your toothbrushes, both pairs of slippers, 1x sewing kit ..... I even took the comb and sweet laundry bag that im going to use tomorrow on laundry day. Then I made sweet boom boom and then I did a dance and left. 10/10 Would do again.

Great location, great service and super friendly staff. I am grateful for the shower in the morning as I arrived very early with a group. Staff very kind and always available. Very good breakfast. Recommended

My first visit to Vietnam and our group stayed March 10 -12 at A25. I was particularly happy with the staff. Everyone from the bellhop to front door security to cleaning, restaurant, reception. Everybody was so helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to return. Very happy! Thank you staff. - Mark

I would not recommend this hotel in Hanoi. I stayed at this hotel as part of a tour. I arrived a day early to relax and rest from a long flight. I was given a room, I unpacked, and went to bed. I was woken up late at night, and told I had been put in the wrong room. I arrived early to relax and this was very stress-full, to re pack and change room. No change given when I purchased a drink, lost my laundry at one point. No staff seem happy or welcoming or explained much of anything. The lift has no sensor and closed on me twice, hurting me. This was a horrible hotel to stay at. Other A25 hotels were nice and welcoming. Not this hotel.

There rooms is very beautiful and they provide all we need in a room . There breakfast is also nice but need litle more dishes in veg option . Location is very nice . In our entire vietnam trip this is the best hotel we experienced.
