I loved this hotel. It was clean, nice room with amazing view from 14th floor. You get free water but it was with gas so i wish they gave normal water. I read some bad reviews about the station area but it isnt that bad at all. Glad i booked it. Only a pity the price on booking.com was much cheaper so it doesnt count for my rewards
Good hotel situated next to the train stations and it's easily accessible for pedestrians. The bar area is not that accommodating for my taste, however they have an indoor smoking lounge which compensates. The outside smoking area, is lacking comfort. Their breakfast buffet stations are relatively slow, and lacks diversity in the egg area, maybe because of the station area, however the serving area is rather huge in comparison, and it's on the 1st floor, not ground area. The bathroom is well equiped, however maybe it's just a preference, lacking a bath robe or at least slippers.
Stayed here just for one night, but will definitely come again! At first look location may seem not so nice, but it’s quite calm comparing to the other side of the railway station. Rooms are nice, fresh and clean, views are great (I recommend to pay a bit more and book Superior room), location is great from the point of public transport but still quite calm area and just 5-7 minutes walking from the main station. Personnel is great, welcoming, nice and helpful with requests. Definitely worth it’s price!
Stayed at the Intercity Hotel in Hannover, and while the location is fantastic right in the center, close to all the main spots and the train station the service could definitely use some improvement. The room was clean and comfortable. However, there were a few issues: there were no hotel slippers or small toiletries like toothpaste and a toothbrush, which would have been nice to have. The minibar wasn’t enough cold, and the complimentary water bottle was quite small. Additionally, there was no good coffee or tea, and the kettle was broken. Room service also entered our room at 11 a.m. without knocking, which was uncomfortable as I was still half asleep. All in all, it’s a convenient location with nice rooms, but the service needs some attention. Thanks
I called the hotel to cancel my reservation about only an hour after booking, but I was informed that it was too late and I would be charged for the room. Due to an unexpected accident on the train tracks while traveling with Deutsche Bahn, my journey was disrupted, and we were sent back to Berlin. It was a very hard and long day and I had hoped for a bit of understanding. I explained the unusual circumstances, which were completely out of my control, and requested an exception. However, despite my efforts and communication, my request was ignored, and I was still charged for a room I couldn’t use. While I understand policies are in place, I believe a bit of understanding and flexibility would have gone a long way, especially given the situation. I hope the hotel considers being more accommodating in such cases in the future. I would be happy to receive a refund. Feel free to reach out.
