To the General Manager Just wanted to share my amazing experience at Taizhou Marriott. I made a reservation at Sheraton and when I reached there I was very shocked by their horrible customer service. So right at the moment I made a reservation at Marriott and when I arrived at the hotel, your staff was there to welcome me. Nishant was terrific and provided me with the best service and room. He made sure I feel comfortable and made sure I feel better after my experience with Sheraton Taizhou. I have stayed here before and will always come back to your hotel.

Stayed at Taizhou Marriott after my last year impressive experience but this time it was not that good. Location was good near airport and taizhoxi station. Check in was swift. Rooms are now not very well maintained and air-conditioning system was very unresponsive. Furniture is now outdated with broken drawer. Even beds are not comfortable. Only bed size & room size was good but comfort was not good according to Marriott standard. Pillows were too flat and uncomfortable. Swimming pool was good and well maintained. At breakfast they have good variety of fruits and on request they washed the pan to make eggs for us as we Muslims don't like contamination with porks or non-halal ingredients. This hotel is worth 70-80 USD per night.

However, this year's experience was a stark contrast. The room's air conditioning was woefully inadequate, with temperatures soaring to 28°C. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told that the chiller plant had been shut down due to low outdoor temperatures. I fail to understand the logic behind this decision, as indoor comfort should not be compromised based on external weather. Furthermore, bathroom linens were subpar, falling short of Marriott's usual standards. The hotel's decision to prioritize energy efficiency over guest comfort has led to a significant drop in quality.
