Wanda Realm Changzhou

I had a wonderful experience at the Changzhou Wanda Jiahua Hotel. What truly sets this hotel apart is their incredible level of hospitality and care for their guests. ​On my first morning, I inquired at breakfast if they offered konjac noodles. Although they didn't have them available at the time, Shen Lihong, the Marketing and Sales Director, stepped in to help. She went above and beyond by personally arranging for them to be purchased specifically for me. ​Furthermore, upon realizing that I do not consume sugar, she went the extra mile to ensure I had sugar-free yogurt available as well. The staff truly exceeded all expectations, making me feel incredibly welcomed and valued. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding dedication to guest satisfaction!

Very good experience!

My son spent 2 weeks in this hotel got flea bites on both lower legs, this was ruining his holiday! There wasn’t a formal apology from the management team! This was unacceptable! This is how they treat foreigners, I won’t recommend this hotel at all!!!

Good hotel and service, rooms although in non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of smoke. Good access to different facilities and malls. Great swimming pool and sauna.
