Waldorf Astoria Xiamen

We stayed at the hotel for the first time with our family to celebrate a birthday, and it was truly a memorable experience from beginning to end. We were very pleasantly surprised by the complimentary room upgrade, as well as the beautiful birthday cake and handwritten greeting card prepared by the hotel. These thoughtful touches made the celebration feel especially warm and personal. A special mention goes to our private Concierge, Nico, who contacted us before our arrival to ask about any special requests. The attention to detail and genuine care made us feel very well looked after even before we arrived. The room was beautifully designed and luxurious, with every detail thoughtfully considered. We particularly loved the Aesop bath and body amenities—the fragrance was sophisticated, elegant, and absolutely delightful. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was an impressive variety of choices, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. We were extremely impressed with the level of service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality throughout our stay. It was a wonderful experience for our family, and we would be very happy to return to this hotel on our next visit.

6f (Hokklo) Had an absolutely fantastic lunch at Hokklo today. The hot and humid weather in Xiamen had me feeling a bit worn out, but the dining experience here completely refreshed me. Special thanks to Charlie and Mia for their impeccable service—their menu recommendations were spot on, and every dish was outstanding. I will definitely return here on my next trip to Xiamen!

This is what luxury means. From the marble welcoming to the stunning decoration, this hotel makes you feel special. The lounge at 5th floor is classy with cocktails and drinks. The breakfast has everything you want, not overwhelming which is a plus. The service is impeccable and the decoration everywhere is quite arty. Tried the fitness room, first time I see a luxury one, even with a sofa to chill out. The Peacock garden with the heated swimming pool is definitely the cherry on the cake.
