Ssaw Boutique Hotel Hangzhou East

I booked a 3days holiday on trip website with better price 2 months ago. However, when I came, they cancelled a booking and said that they would charge a new and higher price for my stay. I was surprised about the promotions they posted before, and had to accept the new price they gave. The room was well equipped and in good facilities. The staffs were courteous, helpful and talkative. Although they cannot speak English well, they will try their best to support customers. One minus thing is the unclear pricing policies on the website making customers confused. Please double check the price before booking. It is also near the station (5-6’) but quite far away from the center. (P.s: there are 2 SSAW hotels in Hangzhou, this one and the other in a university, be careful to pay attention when you book a car on Didi)
