Hotel is great. Every staff is helpful and friendly. In club lounge ms nora was very good in english and was so helpful and took care of us extra well. Thank you for excellent service!

The room is great. But it feels like a sauna. The central air conditioning keeps the temperature at 27.5 degrees Celsius or more. So I cannot fall asleep due to heat. Virtually every where else in the hotel is cooler from my 5am walkabout. They will offer you a fan, but I rather move out. Such a pity.

As with any Sheraton, no matter the country, the brand consistently maintains a high standard. In Fuzhou, a big advantage was also the location, very close to the exhibition center, which was extremely convenient. The only minor challenge was communication in English, but this is something you naturally expect when traveling in China and should be prepared for. Overall, a comfortable and reliable stay — I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms spacious rooms, overlooking the river, nice environment, calm place, we did stay to have any breakfast so cannot. Comment on the food and restaurant

hmmmm that was a nice hotel but the problem was that entertainment was low and you feel some bored at this hotel but the design and service was excellent. Sheraton is one of the most famous hotels in the world. Employers work such as they are work for themselves. That was just my opinion.
