Reviews
Beautiful views of the Ganjiang River.
The room faces Qiushui Square.
Nanchang's charm is evident in the room.
Comfortable room with spacious bathroom.
Suitable for families.
Third stay, still excellent.
Near the subway station, perfect for business.
The only drawback is the slightly limited functionality.
But still a high score of
Location is good and convenience, room is ok, service is very nice but it’s smell cigarettes everywhere although reserve as non-smoking room and all area identify as no smoking. I see people smoke in the hotel especially in the restaurant without any action from hotel.
A great hotel with very comfortable rooms and an incredible breakfast buffet! Definitively a great choice for a stay in Nanchang!
The service has been excellent. We do not speak Chinese but the staff has gone out of their way to make us feel welcome and communicate effectively with us. The rooms are also very nice with a great health club for exercise.
While being the best hotel in the area, the Shangri-la in Nanchang is not a Shangri-la of the west. I would rate it a 4 star by Western standards. One of the biggest issues are the smell of smoke in the rooms and the hotel's lack of action when it was reported.
