We stayed in Ramada Plaza in Hangzhou for a week.
The hotel is in the centre of Hangzhou city.
Room we got was Good, we had 2 queen bed room, bathroom with bathtub and basic amenities were provided.
Service in the hotel was good but you might face some language issue if you dont able to speak chinese.
Same you will face during breakfast as you need to keep on asking for help for the food you are going to eat.
one major issue which i feel is the wifi which need to improve.
However This Hotel is good to stay in the centre of the city and enjoy the surrounding.
It is a good hotel to stay in with great environment and also very near to the baolong city plaza
It's a good place , not as great as I thought it would given the price but it was a good stay nonetheless, clean rooms good breakfast buffet
A nice fancy hotel with very nice rooms and service.
The breakfast/dinner area is good too.
They fail on the most basic component of a hotel. Absolutely the worst beds. I would be just as comfortable sleeping on the floor. I was confused when I first sat down on it as i thought it must be a mistake. Impossible to sleep on this flat rock.
I will never stay here again.
