Plaza Hotel Yuyao

I stayed two nights. Overall, the hotel was quite nice and comfortable, and the receptionist was very pretty.

The room was neat and clean, and the staff were friendly. There are also restaurants and a cinema nearby.

Hotel Impression: Comfortable and clean, with excellent service; recommended for those with high standards for accommodation. Service: A pleasant fragrance wafted towards me as I entered the hotel through the revolving door; it was strange, was it the revolving door itself emitting the fragrance? The hotel lobby was very grand and luxuriously decorated. There were two waiting areas in the lobby, one pink-themed and the other more business-oriented. Upon check-in at the front desk, a staff member offered hand towels and chrysanthemum tea; the receptionist was very friendly. There were also dedicated luggage handlers in the lobby; if your luggage was too heavy, you could ask them for help, but I don't know if they accept tips. The elevators here are quite unique; you don't need to press floor buttons, you can simply swipe your room card, and the elevator will intelligently select the floor it will reach.

This hotel is quite nice. Very good staff, well kept and inexpensive, for a 5 star hotel. Good buffet, and nearby restaurants. Executive lounge was closed when I was there.
