So, ot's my first day ever in China and my phone has jusy given up: wifi, eSIM, data none are working. Joyce worked relentlessly for upwards of two hours to rectify the situation for me. Add to which the rooms are spacious, the amenities are quality, and the location is ideal. Massive love for this hotel.
I chose this hotel for its fantastic location and it did not disappoint. Moving around Beijing was incredibly easy, and the breakfast was actually really good with a great selection. The staff were also pleasant during check-in.Because it is a very busy hotel, there is some noticeable wear and tear, and a few small details were missed in the room. The bathroom mirror and TV screen needed a more thorough wipe-down upon arrival, and some furniture trims show minor wear (as seen in the photos). I also missed out on a single King bed due to high occupancy, but the convenience of the stay made up for it.Overall, a winning location and a comfortable enough stay despite a few minor hiccups!
Here for vacation and I've really enjoyed my stay. Nice, clean, comfortable room, and it's surprisingly quiet too. A good hot shower after a long day of exploring definitely hits the spot. The metro/railway is literally right around the block which makes getting around super convenient. They also have free laundry machines available 24/7. Great location and really convenient overall.
We had an excellent stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience. The service was amazing, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very high quality and, most importantly, extremely clean. A special thank you to Kevin at the reception, who helped us so much during our stay. We originally had a smaller room that we weren’t sure would be spacious enough for us. Kevin took the time to show us an upgraded suite and offered us an amazing price for it. He was also extremely helpful whenever we had questions, patiently explaining everything to us and giving us useful information about how things work in Beijing. He was always kind, professional, and accurate with everything he told us, which made our stay much easier and more comfortable. I also have to mention the cleanliness, especially the bathroom. It was spotless. I’ve stayed in many hotels in different countries where I didn’t feel completely comfortable with the cleanliness of the bathroom, but this hotel was completely different. Everything felt fresh, well maintained, and genuinely clean. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Excellent service, great rooms, outstanding cleanliness, and an amazing team. And once again, a huge thank you to Kevin for going above and beyond to help us. He really made a difference in our stay in Beijing. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
A gem of a hotel located in a great location in Beijing city center within 12-15 min walk to the famous Wangfujing pedestrian street. Hotel is located in a great location with Subway stop (line 5) right next door. Very nice area, with the Regent Hotel right next door, the Waldorf Astoria and Peninsula a few mins walk away. Staff were nice, efficient and helpful. The rooms were nice, thought the AC could have been a little more powerful. Took a little time for the room to get down to 23 degrees Celsius. The lowest it ever went down to was 22 and that was after an evening I even though we set the thermostat to 20 degrees. 22-23 degrees was comfortable enough. Another absolute great plus which we didnt know (wasnt advertised when we booked) is that the hotel has a laundry room with washers and dryers all for free ! Absolutely a gem when traveling for any length of time (our overall trip was 2 weeks and Beijing was day 10-13 on our trip) With the summer heat and sweat, laundry is super useful Absolutely would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Beijing
