I really recommend this place for stay. Best location and service specially George he is really helpful as there is so much language issue he makes sure that not only we face issue in hotel but outside hotel anything he is always there for help. Special thanks to @George

Marco Polo could perfectly be a 5 star hotel, it is actually better than many 5 stars in Europe. The lobby is welcoming, staff is friendly although you'll need to find English speakers. I was upgraded to a VIP continental room and it was mind blowing. The room was about 50 square meters with a large TV that could be hidden with a remote control, automatic curtains, a nice working area and all the amenities you could think. Bathroom is also massive, with a large rounded bathtub facing another TV, large shower and separate WC with a bidet. The continental customers can use the lounge on the 11th floor for business, lunch, dinner or breakfast, although the choice is more reduced than in the main restaurant. Marco Polo café has a large variety and good quality. Location is fine, with many restaurants nearby, and some 15-20 minutes walking from the Traditional Blocks, which is a must see in Jinjiang.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The accommodations are very nice and comfortable. However, I had a bad experience during breakfast on the second floor at the Marco Cafe. The young girl that was making the eggs yelled at me very loudly and said "NO" when I was picking my ingredients for an omelette. All the guests looked in astonishment that she yelled at a customer. They need to teach the workers that behavior is completely disrespectful and is not tolerated. I probably will not be coming back to this hotel in the future.

Been staying here since it opened. Fantastic room's. Large. Clean. Good water pressure. Nice pillow. Safe in room. Breakfast is great. One of the best ones in a week......great bread and coffee. Will not be disappointed here. Get room on quite side not street side. Starbucks in lobby.
