Le Meridien Xiamen

I recently stayed at Le Méridien Xiamen and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is set in a green area, which makes it feel like a relaxing escape from the busy parts of the city. If you’re looking for a quiet stay surrounded by nature, this location is definitely a plus. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a modern design and everything you need for a short or extended stay. The staff were professional and welcoming throughout my visit, always ready to assist when needed. Breakfast offered a good variety of both Western and Chinese options, and the quality was consistent. Facilities such as the pool and gym were well maintained and added to the overall experience. It’s worth noting that the hotel is a bit removed from the main tourist areas, so you may need to rely on taxis to get around. Overall, Le Méridien Xiamen is a great choice if you value comfort, tranquility, and good service. I would happily consider staying here again.

Rooms feel old, dirty, and run down. Dark carpet, worn chair, just very dated overall. The main thing that made me very uncomfortable was there looked to be mold-like substance on the shower ceiling, and all the tile grouting and caulking throughout the restroom is dirty.

Located in a calm area on the hills but still very close to the most lively spots in Xiamen. Really nice indoor design, comfy rooms, nice staff. You should definitely try the buffet at night as well as the breakfast, there’s a ton of choice and the chef is super nice and helpful ! 好吃😋

Located halfway up a mountain which is also a park, the hotel gives a quiet resort vibe but at the same time 15-20mins drive away from city center. Hotel has a decent indoor pool and big enough gym. Buffet breakfast is not bad and lounge ok too. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. A good choice for those who want international standard of accommodation but don’t mind the quiet location.
