It is a beautiful hotel, with high-standard amenities and installations. The staff is very friendly and ready to help, although I speak Mandarin, speaking in English with them was a bit challenging sometimes. My only bad review is the F&B, low quality food, there is no 24/7 room service, it is only until 23:00 because one of the cooks finishes their duty hours. For a 5-star hotel, it is unacceptable, so I had to go and get some Dicos 15 mins away from the hotel. The breakfast is okay, good options but some stuff didn't seem fresh. The L Bar, I'm sorry but it was bad. As a 5-star hotel, they must have a proper bartender who knows how to make cocktails. The lady who made them was super lovely, but she really didn't have any idea of it. I had to return one of my drinks and order another one. Having vegan milk options is a must for this kind of hotels, so for the afternoon tea there wasn't any, only regular. At least the soy milk provided during the breakfast should be offered. But overall, the hotel is super nice, near the airport, huge gym and the executive room is beautiful.

Loved everything about this hotel. An easy 15-20 Min didi ride from the airport. Rooms were huge and the bathroom was excellent, complete with underfloor heating. The service was incredible - although the staff didn't speak much (any) english they went out of their way to help with our needs, including coming up to our room to personally take a room service order via translation app. The spa area is lovely, you do have register to use the pool and wear a swimming cap and the pool seems more for serious swimming than leisure (there was a swimming lesson happening when we went on a Saturday night). The spa services were great, such kind and professional service. The hotel is next door to a massive shopping complex with lots of retail and food options, plus a cinema and arcade. We'll definitely stay here again if we're in xiamen - can't be beaten for affordable luxury.
