Staff 彩云 was observant that my elderly brother was ill in the early morning and assisted his medical consultation in the hospital next building. She has also kindly escalated our request that he did not consume the buffet breakfast to her senior Jackson who has kindly approved for the refund. Kudos to both 彩云and Jackson Yang. My special thanks to Cindy Wu who has thoughtfully brought a beautiful cake to my room on my birthday too. Our room was also upgraded to sea view. Room service aunties was also excellent who was generous in water bottles dispensing Price of breakfast and room with the excellent service (including free supper) truly deserves a 5 star rating.

Thank you, Xiamen airlines for offering me this amazing hotel along with my ticket. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They offered me complimentary breakfast upon waking up. Rooms were incredibly clean and had all the aminities. When I woke up, there was a taxi for me straight away to guide me to the airport. Amazing hotel!! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Xiamen.

We extended our stay from two days to three days. The staff are very friendly and always have a smiling face to all the customers. They greet us everywhere and anytime. The varieties of breakfast is wonderful. Some more the hotel even prepares night snacks for us. GREAT 👍 will come back again.

I spent a night here during a stopover. The hotel is nice, but it feels old fashioned. The rooms are non smoking bit the room smelled as if people had smoked in there for many years. The staff is nice and will attend on English with a translation app. I personally don't think the Lakeside view is worth the extra cost windows dont open and the view is actually not priceless and definitely not spectacular in the evening.
