The hotel boasts a distinctive local design, an elegant and sophisticated ambiance, spacious and comfortable rooms with well-made beds, and excellent views. Located near Haicang Lake and the surrounding commercial area, the hotel offers convenient transportation and amenities. Special thanks to the concierge for their proactive assistance in bringing luggage to the room; their attentive and thoughtful service made the check-in process much easier and more pleasant. The staff were friendly and professional, and promptly assisted with any requests.
I’m not sure if anyone encountered this.
The entire room and corridor stinks with cigarette smoke. Apparently the guest/s continue to smoke even after I made a call to the hotel.
I treasure my life, my health. No way i’m staying there again being a passive smoker.
Oh by the way, an air purifier was brought up to me to “curb” the situation.

Staff were helpful & kind. Love the location. There is a big shopping mall behind the hotel that I have grabbed my morning Starbucks
